This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Debt Recovery Team, where you will act for a wide range of commercial clients, handling your own caseload. A highly motivated and committed Team member is now sought with experience in all aspects of debt recovery work. You will gain experience of general litigation and insolvency law ,good communication skills with clients and staff as well as a high level of IT. Job Description • Ensure customer accounts are accurately up to date and actively seek as much information as possible • Manage collection activity on accounts at any stage of the collections process • Identify solutions and negotiate payment plans in line with our customer, client and our business needs • Undertake the role with total compliance with applicable laws, codes of conduct and company policies • Work according to company rules, mission and towards the company vision • Look to continually improve own and team performance, putting forward improvement ideas in a constructive manner • Analyse payment problems and work with customers to identify solutions including negotiating payment arrangements within guidelines • Provide assistance on projects where required • Obtaining information which will assist our Legal Department • Undertake any other tasks deemed appropriate by your Supervisor Link To Website
